General terms and Conditions – Agency Giustino Tourism

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the Agency Giustino Tourism (hereinafter referred to as “the Agency”) and the customer (participant in the tour). The reservation of any service or package tour implies full acceptance and unconditional compliance with all of the provisions contained herein.

2. Booking and Payment
• The booking is considered confirmed only after the communication of the requested data and the definition of the details of the service.
• The customer can choose between the following payment methods:
• Payment is upon arrival, the day of the tour.
• Bank transfer to the account officer of the Agency Giustino Tourism before the due date.
• Prices are subject to change based on season, availability or to specific requests of the customer.

3. Cancellation
• The customer may cancel the reservation up to 48 hours before departure without penalty.
• No charge will be applied for cancellations made within this period.
• In case of cancellation more than 48 hours, the Agency reserves the right to assess any refunds on the basis of the costs have already been incurred.

4. Changes
• Any change (such as change of date, or number of participants) must be notified at least 48 hours prior to, and will be accepted based on availability.
• The Agency Giustino Tourism reserves the right to change routes, schedules, or services in the case of organizational needs, or causes of force majeure (i.e. adverse weather conditions or technical problems), providing an alternative to the equivalent without compromising the quality of service.

5. Limitation of Liability
• The Agency Giustino Tourism is not liable for any delays, disruption or damage caused by third-party providers (transport, hotel, guides).
• Is not responsible for personal injury, or loss, unless arising from the negligence directly by the Agency.

6. Insurance

Customers are advised to take out travel insurance staff, especially for long trips or adventurous activities. The insurance is not included in the tour price, unless otherwise specified by the Agency.

7. Obligations of the Customer
• The customer is responsible for be in possession of all documentation required (identity card, passport or visa, if required).
• The customer undertakes to follow the instructions provided by the guide or by the staff of the Agency Giustino Tourism during the entire tour.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the law in force in the Country where the head office of the Agency Giustino Tourism. In case of dispute, the competent court will be the court of the place of registration of the Agency.
